Scam 1992: Review & Rating
An amazingly written and directed piece of work with suitable music and near-perfect dialogue delivery
According to IMDB, Scam 1992 is 'Set in the 1980s and 90s Bombay, [and] it follows the life of Harshad Mehta, a stockbroker who took the stock market to dizzying heights and his catastrophic downfall.'
This series stayed to the point with Harshad Mehta's financial career and didn't show any drama with an intent to attract viewers like Bollywood movies do nowadays. The show portrayed his journey from a small-time broker with 7 Lakh rupees in debt to the Big Bull of the stock market very fluently. It showed how he formed his connections and how they helped him.
