Star Wars: Twins Luke Skywalker & Princess Leia have an age gap

| Princess Leia & Luke Skywalker |
Star Wars' Leia and Luke Skywalker are one of the most famous twin duos in pop culture. They were biological children of Jedi Knight Anakin Skywalker and Senator Padme Amidala. Anakin and Padme kept their love affair and later their marriage secret as Jedi were not supposed to have any relationship with anyone and Padme was a politician which could lead to disasters.
The twins were separated at birth because their mother died just a few hours after they were born and their father turned to the dark side a few hours earlier. Senator Organa and his wife adopted Leia and raised her as one of their own. On the other hand, Obi-Wan Kenobi took Luke back to Tatooine where Anakin's half-brother lived and he, unlike his sister, grew up with his father's name: Skywalker.
Their different location gives rise to this theory of Leia being older than Luke. To be precise, it is calculated that Leia Organa is 1.75 years older than her twin brother, Luke Skywalker.
