If you've watched the Original Trilogy of Stars Wars i.e. The New Hope, The Empire Strikes Back and the The Return of the Sith, you must know that for some reasons, Darth Vader (earlier known as Anakin Skywalker) kept hiring Boba Fett for many missions. A new Star Wars explains this through the Clone Wars days when Darth Vader still used to be General Skywalker.

Clone Wars viewer know well that Rex and General Skywalker had a strong bond and they accompanied each other in almost all missions. Anakin's army was always commanded by Rex. The theory says that Anakin (now Darth Vader) misses working with Rex and therefore, keeps hiring Boba Fett who has the same face, as both are Clones, as Rex and even their suits somewhat resemble each other's.
